1. Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RemCurl purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to resolve it. This policy covers returns and refunds for all products purchased directly from remcurl.com. For products purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly; we cannot process refunds for purchases not made through our website.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your order history

The product is in its original, unused condition

The product is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Returns are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned in a condition inconsistent with your claim, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used styling heads

For hygiene reasons, styling heads that have been attached and used cannot be returned unless they are defective on arrival.

Items marked "Final Sale"

Any item explicitly sold as final sale is not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged by misuse

Products damaged through misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered.

Items returned after 30 days

Returns initiated more than 30 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.

4. How to Return an Item

Submit your return request

If you have an account, go to Account → Returns and submit a new return request. If you checked out as a guest, use our guest returns form. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

Receive return authorisation

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Do not send items back before receiving authorisation.

Package and ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging. Use a tracked shipping method — we recommend retaining proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refund issued

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Bank processing times vary. If you do not see your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your RemCurl device or accessories arrive damaged or develop a fault within the warranty period, we will cover the cost of the return and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice.

To report a defective item:

  1. Email support@remcurl.com with your order number
  2. Describe the fault clearly
  3. Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue

We aim to respond to defect reports within 1 business day.

Please note that our 12-month product warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from dropping, water exposure beyond the rated specification, or unauthorised repair attempts. See our Terms of Service — Warranty section for full details.

7. Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. To cancel, email support@remcurl.com with your order number and the subject line "Pre-Order Cancellation". We will confirm cancellation and issue the refund within 3–5 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Defective items are an exception — see section 6.
